Today is National Angel Food Cake Day, and since it’s Fall, I managed to find this great clip that’s perfect for the occasion. Here you’ll see how to make Pumpkin Angel Food Cake Muffins. The light and fluffy angel food cake pairs nicely with the fall taste of pumpkin puree. This is definitely a recipe I’ll be trying.
Now that it’s starting to get colder outside, and I’ve also picked up a job on the side to make a few extra bucks so I won’t be home as often, and I’m trying to improve on my impending wife skills, I’ve decided to try a new project; crock pot cooking.
You’d be amazed how many recipes and meals you can create using a crock pot; and they’re all usually very easy considering more often than not all you have to do is dump a few ingredients in your trusty slow cooker and go about your day. My plan is to try a new recipe every week. I’ll be sure to keep you all posted on my success.
